I hereby give you notice that the next Carlton Scroop and Normanton on Cliffe Parish Council meeting will be held virtually via Zoom on Monday 21 September 2020 at 7.30pm. All members of the Parish Council are summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted as set out hereunder.
Public Forum: The Parish Council meeting will be preceded at 7.20pm by a public forum for which Councillors are also asked to be present, at which members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council. Members of the public are welcome to stay for the meeting but may not participate unless invited to do so by the Chairman. Members of the public can join the meeting via Zoom using meeting ID 825 8501 1194 and passcode 331739. Alternatively, please contact the Clerk for an email invitation to the meeting.

11. HIGHWAYS.
11.1 To consider the request for a footpath between Normanton, Carlton Scroop and Honington.
11.2 To consider an application to reduce the speed limit in Carlton Scroop.
11.3 To receive an update on the Community Speedwatch Scheme.
12. CEMETERY
12.1 To receive an update on the Cemetery.
13. RECREATION GROUND
13.1 To approve the purchase of two dog bins and to make arrangements for emptying of the bins.
14. COMMUNITY UPDATES
14.1 To consider reports from a parishioner of trees overhanging a power line on the Green, and to consider ownership of the Green.
14.2 To receive an update on painting of the village gates.
15. CORRESPONDENCE.
15.1 To note all general correspondence circulated for information since the July meeting.
16. STAFFING.
16.1 To resolve to move into closed session, in accordance with the Public Bodies Act 1960, due to the nature of matters to be discussed.
16.2 To resolve to approve the Clerk’s contract of employment.
16.3 To note the NJC Pay Award for 2020/21
